Remote Service [back]

Our Remote Support is billed at a rate of $1.50 per minute. This is equivalent to our hourly Onsite rate, but does not have any minimum time requirements.

Remote Support is the most convenient method of service for both us and the customer because it is available at any time during business hours. The only requirement is that the customer must have a working internet connection. Remote Support is started by downloading and running a tiny program on your computer at your home or office. This allows us to view and even control the customer's computer remotely. Once the connection is created, we can fix almost any problem remotely from our office.

Because our Remote Support is billed by the minute, you will need to provide the support technician with your credit card information before the remote connection will be established.
