Not sure why your PC or laptop isn't working properly? Let a PC Werks technician perform a thorough diagnostics on your system. We will determine the problem and suggest options for repairs. Our diagnostics service is only $45.

 
Flat-Rate Labor - $75
Once you give us permission to repair your PC or laptop, we will waive the $45 diagnostics fee and your repair fee will only be $75 plus parts. Our flat rate fee guarantees that you will never be surprised with a huge repair bill.

 
Pickup and Delivery - $20 Additional
We understand that some of our customers have trouble finding the time to bring a computer or laptop to us for service. Let us pick your system up for you. We will come to your home or office, pickup the PC for repairs and return the unit to you once the needed repairs are complete. This pickup and delivery service is only $20 additional and is available in most of the DFW area. Please call us if you are interested in this service. We will be happy to schedule a pickup time that is convenient for you.

 
Remote Network Administration
Our Remote Network Administration service is available to commercial customers that have broadband internet. This service is perfect for clients that have 1-25 PCs on their network. Pricing for this service depends on the number of systems on the network and the level of service needed by the client. Please call us to discuss your company's needs.
